The rules, backstory, and description for the "Space Of Legends" RP will be posted down below.
Re: Space Of Legends RP Rules
Story: So after the goddess of time was reborn, caius and raza were almost instantly wiped out by her powers, but they survived, and opened a portal to the space dimension, unleashing a new hell upon us that effectively countered the goddess' attempts at "cleansing" the world. So on her last dying breath, she goes and breathes it into the world, attempting to rewrite to the time when she was reborn. Caius and raza band together to stop it. But Raza knows that they need at least 5 races to choose from to rewrite a new story, one without her. So he chooses a human and barian hybrid, and a barian astral hybrid, and a pure human (who was caius). Then he rewrites the world, using his eyes of eternity and caius' body of eternity to make sure that time can not be rewritten in this world, and thus fades into dust. Caius Uses his powers to split himself into 5 different beings and fuses 5 different strands of dna into them, choosing suitable planets and leaving them there to flourish. Upon his ascent, he left on one world, the xyz particle; upon another, a synchro particle; another, a fusion particle; on the other two, he left his will and his body, which formed into the summoning methods for pendulums and rituals. Thus he turned to dust. Millions of years passed and the races flourished. Some of them had traits akin to barians, others to astrals, some more akin to humans, and others akin to beasts. The summoning methods had become weaker for the extra deck summoners, while the rituals reigned supreme on their world. So, a group of ragtag people, saved by raza's book of time, finally awakened, and as instructed, began to uphold peace. They grew frightenedly. They finally understood that there had to be a way to use all of the summoning methods, just as in the previous world, so they had started to collect a lot of potential experiments and soldiers, brainwashing them at a young age. Soon after, the civilizations had advanced to the point of colonizing other stars, while the GA was formed. The civilizations were not all peaceful, other more aggressive than the others, duels and skirmishes broke out, and they were forcefully seperated by the GA. They went back to their homelands. The GA, on the verge of a breakthrough, found a way to use all 3 of the methods, but it required a material, that was rare, and could only be found on asteroids and cores of planets, called Dubbed "Linkium" (Name in progress) They had hoarded this for themselves, monopolizing on it, and figured how to bring duel monsters into reality. They succeeded, making links, and breathing life into their monsters. Then the giant supply of Linkium had combusted into flames, and dissappeared. Meanwhile, 5 giant meteors suddenly crashlanded onto the 5 hubs, thus giving them the power of the GA, though limited, the nations discovered how to use links, and breathe life into their monsters. And thus, the great Linkium rush was born. It is now this era, the amount of linkium left on the planets is measly, and the nations are stirring for war, or trade. The GA is still a peacemaker, but can it stand up to the might of the nations? Five chosen, one from each nation, are unknowingly chosen every millenia to carry the mantle of their summoning method. THe GA had monopolized on them for thousands of years, yet now, the tides of fate are shifting.

Re: Space Of Legends RP Rules
Rules: 5 planets, 6 major powers, 5 summoning methods excluding links which is available for everyone
5 different races to choose from.
The galaxy is the hub world.
Each person must make a description of their race, and their planet.
Each home planet starts out as t3, goes to t1. Colonizing other planets is allowed, as is exploiting asteroids. Asteroids start out as t5, goes to t3.
Obtaining linkium is a rare event, so be frugal in exploiting it. One out of a hundred asteroids has a small load of it enough for half of a link monster, also factor in your position.
Diplomacy and politics games are allowed, so go ham. As is war. Staying neutral is also allowed.
The GA is controlled by all players, voting.
2 good traits and 2 bad traits per race (so far)

Xyz - Planet name: Eliphas
Citizen Description for Xyz Citizens: Though their presence in the universe is lesser than that of the other races, the Miqo'te are easily distinguished by their large, projecting ears and restless, feline tails. The ancestors of this line first made their way to the realm during the Age of Endless Frost in the Fifth Umbral Era, traversing frozen seas in pursuit of the wildlife upon which they subsisted. Instinctual territoriality causes many among them to lead solitary lifestyles. Males in particular are said to shy from contact with others. Adaptation to a hunting lifestyle has fashioned them with a keen sense of smell, powerful legs, ears which heighten hearing, eyes that can see detail regular eyes cannot and a tail which provides them with excellent balance. Usually seen wearing a variety of clothing of different colours with black being banned amongst the general public.
Soldier Description for Xyz Soldiers: The soldiers of the Xyz dimension are chosen due to their ability to heighten their focus, as well as rank-up and control their Xyz monsters, creating powerful assets. They are usually seen sporting all black in a variety of outfits depending on the situation.
Eliphas Description: Eliphas is a planet with a convulsion of nature, with the planet having all seasons at once but different in many locations. You could be standing in the sun one minute, walk 50 feet and end up in an inch of snow. Their prized area is the frozen tundra. This area is an absurdly low temperature, housing many secret bases and mineral mining areas due to their race having evolved and adapted to withstand the cold. The houses seen are those commonly found in the "before time" with generic buildings and roofings to match their city like surroundings. Their economy consists of trading from other planets, as well as making, buying and selling goods and services from within their own planet. This is a tier 3 planet. Needs: The GAIA research facility to become tier 2.
Advantages - Heightened Senses and lifespans, increases temperature tolerance, increased focus and ability to increase monster power without Links.
Disadvantages - Territorial (Likely for certain disputes to become personal), usually a lack of solidarity and thus most soldiers do not form bonds with others. Due to feline-like physiques, they tend to lack physical strength.

Ritual - Planet name: Ail Rut
Planet description: Ail Rut is divded into 2 territories - half of the planet is a baron wasteland settled only by the traditional warring tribes whilst the other half is populated by vast cities and skyscrapers. This is a t2 planet
Citizen description for Ritual citizens: Ritual citizens work together to ensure the future of the planet despite the fact they come from two very different life styles. The mutual benefit that both sides get from their arrangement ensure that the planet will be safe for a long time.
Soldier description for Ritual soldiers: Ritual Soldiers are trained from a young age. Every year children from a varity of backgrounds, some raised in the luxury of the city whilst others come from the various tribes, are taken from there homes to take part in a series of daunting and deadly tasks. Those who survive and prove themselves worthy will be assigned into one of the 2 divisions depending on where they were raised. The ones from the tribe are sent to join the normal army whilst the ones from the richer areas are chosen for higher ranking roles. As such the higher ranking officers wear noble and regal colours such as gold and purple whilst the foot soldiers use more contrasting colours such as black and white.
Advantages: Strength of the countries economy and the strength of the alliance between the two sides.
Disadvantages: lack of cultural understanding between the tribes and the city and the ego of the city folk can end up costing them trade deals.

Re: Space Of Legends RP Rules
!!!UPDATED RULES, TO BE ADDED TO THE TOP ONES AND TAKEN INTO NOTE!!!
Each planet that has a research facility (I.e is t2) has access to the Research tree (to be posted later)
A post will be made with the various buildings and upgrades that can be made using Posts. A post is generally a post on the forum of the selected planet that is more than a paragraph long. And can count for more than One if it is modified. I.e: One post is a paragraph or more, but one post with a modifier spent (I.e: Linkium used to speed up construction process, or other important resource used) Speeds up the process by at least one post. So the same post with one paragraph or more, with a modifier, counts as two or three posts.
!!!AFTER EACH POST A MINIMUM OF ONE HOUR HAS TO BE REACHED BEFORE POSTING AGAIN!!!
Colonizing planets, building ships, exploiting resources all consume posts. And modifiers if you choose to use them.
Traits. Traits affect research, specific traits can either boost research time (decrease the amount of posts needed) or slow research time (increase the amount of posts needed)
For example: A faction with the trait "weak army" will get penalties to the military tree, while a faction with the trait "strong diplomacy" will get a bonus for the Development and diplomacy tree
Depending on the tier of research the posts will scale as thus: T1 (most basic of any tree) - 5 posts +/- traits bonus/penalty
T2: - 10 posts +/- traits
and so on. Modifiers apply here as well.
Please try to participate in this system, I am making it as enjoyable as possible, for we can have a post in progress and rp in between.

- So I decide to get the brain hub for Accellus. I can either post once,
wait an hour, post again, wait another hour, and post again. After 5 hours and 5 paragraphs, the building will be complete, and Accellus will be upgraded to t2.
With modifiers: Same thing, but 2/3 hours are cut off.
